Terrible experience with Marakeng Online Retail

We ordered and paid items on 06.02.2023 on Marakeng Online, which were displayed as in stock on their shop. The goods were till today neither supp****, nor have we been refunded as promised. There was no more response from Martakeng since their last reply on 17.02.2023:

Dear Uwe, Sorry for the lapse in communication. The order arrived from Seller to our warehouse damaged during transport and due to poor packaging. We have asked the Seller to send a replacement order but haven’t received feedback yet. I will get someone on our seller teams to contact the Seller again. Goods not delivered, nor a refund been paid, neither we have received any further response to all our emails. Such a terrible experience and a serious **** online shop. Don't shop on Marakeng to prevent such a terrible experience and financial loss.
