Online ****

I bought a glass Beehive water dispenser from this company and paid for it online on the 23rd of December 2022.

Since then I have not receive the product. The number on the website is incorrect and I actually had to go to the physical address to get the actual number as they had moved. I have called this number over 10 times to only be told that they will speak to logistics and come back to me.

NOTHING

The number is *** and I get though to the receptionist called Kara who works for a company called Ankara. Apparently Ankara has a JV with Marakeng in some way and Kara will not put me through or give me another number for their supervisor to try and sort this out.

Apparently Ankara and Marakeng share the same number according to Kara and all I get told is that she will send an email to logistics and phone me back, which they never do.

Something is not right here and this all smells like an online ****.

My calls are now being cut off and no one will help me.....
