Marakeng takes money without delivering the products

This must be the worst online retailer ever. Avoid them at all cost. I have placed two separate orders with them for shoes. It has now been more than three weeks since the first order with absolutely no updates whatsoever. I have followed up on mail, no response. I have tried to cancel the orders, no response. They are very happy to take your money and that is where it stops. I should have read the reviews before ordering, so it was an expensive lesson for me. One cannot help to think that this is a bunch of ********.
