Marakeng, ******** the ordinary man.

I had contacted marakeng a few days prior to the placement of my order to establish if their sub supplier had stock, this was the only time they answered my call. They confirmed and I placed the order online. 3 weeks later I her a mail stating that they didn't have any stock, which is different to the original confirmation received and I can wait or receive a refund. Initially I planned to wait a few more days however no further communication was received. To date about 5 months later still no response on mail, calls nor Google chat, I even drove out to their Midrand distribution warehouse, by the way it was all locked up and no one there. My opinion is they a bunch of ********. Rather use a store that has a physical address that you can walk in to get feedback on orders. Please don't waste your time nor hard earned money on this site.
