My SUGGESTION would be that your store should consider a responsive -communication system. When I place an order as a customer, it is comforting to get a confirmation e-mail of my order, and not feel like you've just been ****med. Most importantly, if I am given the order reference number through Paystack (as it was the only e-mail received in my case). Your system should be effective and responsive in tracking the order. I only got the error message whenever I tried tracking my order. It will be beneficial to get a response from Marakeng store officials when we send inquiry e-mails, whatsapp messages, Facebook, messenger, Instagram, PHONE calls, with regards to our orders. Cnr Cliffendale & Rhode Street, Faerie Glen, Pretoria East, Gauteng 0081 does not exist, i feel like this is a **** company. Its completely baffling that you do not respect your business enough to provide better service. Sort you business out this could avoid a customer posting their negative shopping experience about your online store, due to prolonged silence treatment from the store
