I need help regarding my material

Evening I need help on the 19th February 23 I bought a 3cat seshwe shwe material from Marakengonline but even now I haven't received it when I bought it,they send me an email to say I must send proof of payment to their accounts department so that they can send the material once it cleared from them, I have sent the proof of payment so when I try to check with them if they have received the money no respond from them, I have sent several emails and I tried to call them but still no respond and their phone keeps on saying they are experiencing high volume of calls, I feel bad cause I had to take my money to buy material so that they can sew a dress for me hence I have a wedding to attend on the 30th April, they failed me big time, so I need help to get my R370 back cause they failed to deliver the material.please intervene
