Rude! Disgusting! Unprofessional.

This is the rudest, most entitled collections attorneys I've had the misfortune of dealing with. They seem to think they can treat people like trash who has fallen behind on payments. I settled my account as per their settlement letter and then had to hear that they will only make payment end of the month to their client and then wait a further 30 days for my credit profile to be updated. Someone needs to put them in their place, this is incredibly unprofessional and we have something called the Constitutional Law which states that every citizen is to be treated with dignity and respect, not according to these people.
