I am traumatized by Marais Muller Hendricks Attorneys. A warrant of execution was sent to my house after I have informed Marais Muller Hendricks Attorneys the execution debtor changed Address or his place of stay and the inventory specified in the warrant of execution are not in the property of the execution debtor and in 2018 Marais Muller Hendricks Attorneys took all of my furniture in my house and we agreed I need to pay an amount of R4000 to have my property returned to me and the debt would be cleared and removed against my property but it was to my surprise when I recieved another notice of attachment in execution letter informing now I am owning R11769,24. The payment of R4000 I made was not elocated towards this debt, interest and additional charges accumulated because of this. I am afraid they will come and take my house furniture again after I have paid the debt and informed them the goods specifed in the inventory are not the property of the execution debtor.
