Awaiting response from 3rd party

This 3rd party attorney's is so unprofessional not only did they add fees to an account of mine that was behind they didn't contact me or what so ever I retched out to them anyway on the 10th June 2025 I got in contact with them to settle my blink fiance short term loan we argreed to a settlement amount up until today I've been emailing calling no response from them I also had a account with nimble which is also a 3rd party they helped me so nicely and my paid up letter was sent within 2weeks and it's been removed from the credit bureau Marais Muller Hendricks attorneys you guys don't give me any choice to do this cause it's been more then a month every time I'm calling after you people you guys were quick to ask me when am I settling now that you guys got the money now I don't get response from you
