Lack of service

I am not impressed with this so called company. I ordered items 6weeks ago and not once did they give me any up date. When I enquire I am not the items are not delivered as yet. I have requested a refund and was told it will be processed today but now I am not getting any replies from them. I am doubting if they are legit. I just want my my money back. They continue advertising on Instagram. Why must I as the customer run after them? I paid them on time and now I cannot even get a reply. They say they have shipping problems but continue taking orders and money from unsuspecting customers.
