Maraba Manor

I made a reservation through Booking.com at a Bed and Breakfast at a place called Maraba manor in Vryburg for one night for three people. According to the advertising it should be clean, air conditioning and WIFI. We paid a day before arriving and arrived the afternoon of the 11 March 2020. On arrival we found out that it is in the town ship, there were nobody to assist and after about 10 minutes of walking around we found a lady opening the front gate. Three black ladies were braiding hair in the reception and had no worry about us that were hot tired and wanting to get to our rooms. The one black lady that were supposed to assist us were wearing slippers and not much of help as to were we can park or where our rooms were. After another 5 minutes we eventually got keys to go to our rooms. Needles to say when we got there, no WIFI,no air conditioner. I then checked the linen and there were all kinds of stain that I did not bother to ask what they were. I asked for my money back and got hold of the owner who apparently stays in Pretoria. She was very sorry and said she will refund us. It is now a week and still no refund and she now refuses to talk to me. PLEASE BE AWARE FOR IF YOU PAID, THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. DONT STAY HERE, IT IS NOT CLEAN AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
