Kyle Van Huyssteen Maputaland Safaris

We booked a weekend away through Groupon with Kyle Van Huyssteen at a lodge just outside Hluhluwe Game reserve. Upon our arrival I realised that the lodge was very ***** but since we had already paid and drove for a while to get there we decided to hang in there since we were actually just looking for a place to overnight after we have been at the Game reserve. We also asked the Caretaker if it is safe to stay there and he assured us that we are safe and they have had no incidents.<br> <br> On the night of the 11th we had a breakin. My husband and I never woke up. The next morning everything that was in the room was ******. Laptop, Ipads, Cameras, Cellphones, Binnoculars etc. etc,<br> <br> We phoned Mr Van Huyssteen and informed him. He assured us that we will be paid out through his insurance. We reported the case at the police and gave him the police number with a list of ****** items.<br> <br> Mr Van Huyssteen kept us on a leach and eventually he started to avoid answering out calls or emails. Please I urge everybody to not make any bookings through him. You will be in for bad service and a bad experience....
