I have being **** to many times

Faircity Mapungubwe Hotel looks good from the outside but their staff are economical with the truth. <br> <br> http://hellopeter.com/mapungubwe-hotel/complaints/faircity-mapungubwe-doesnt-want-to-refund-me-***<br> <br> On the 14th January 2016 I was told to speak to Griselda who said refunds can only be made on Mondays, when I asked how many Mondays have passed since the 22nd December 2016, she then said that the payment was being made and till today that refund is not in my accounts.<br> <br> I asked for proof of payment and she ignored my request, it seems like she was trying to buy time so that she can do as she said \Make refunds on Monday". A refund which I was told it will take 2 days has now taken a month. This says a lot about the integrity and accountability of this institution <br> <br> The staff are disrespectful"
