Faircity Mapungubwe doesn't want to refund me

I made a booking at Faircity Mapungubwe for a night and wanted to pay by card but Maria Ngwevu told me that she was experiencing issues with my card so I agreed to do a direct payment aka Instant payment which I did from Nedbank to Standard bank.<br> <br> I send proof to Maria to confirm booking but she told me that she doesn't trust Nedbank as they have being de*****ed before even thou I send her proof. I explained to her that instant payment is like depositing cash directly at the bank and it can't reserved. she later claimed that I have to pay another fee when I got there which I refused.<br> <br> I then asked her to refund me my cash so that I can make other arrangements and she send me a form that I filled and returned on the 22nd Dec 2015. I was told that it will take two days but until today 9-01-2016 the refund is not made when I ask I'm told their manage is on leave and I asked where is the stand in and I'm send from pillar to post.<br> <br> I was then transfered to Naniki who promised to call me back in one hour and I had to call her after 4 hours as she didn't and she wanted to transfer me back to Maria as it was her problem
