POOR DECISION MAKING

The stupid system of not allowing e-Hailing drivers to pick up customers within the Mall is very counter productive and will definitely cost Maponya Mall business because I for one after spending about R10000.00 between Dischem, Chicken Licken and Pick & Pay ; Then being inconvenienced by security guards who told me that Trollies are not supposed to go beyond the gate and Maponya not allowing e-Hailing drivers within the Mall, I'll never use Maponya Mall again and I've already heard friends also saying they're no longer buying from there. The Taxi drivers and owners who seem to be more important to Maponya Mall than their customers, will support Maponya Mall going forward. Redirect properties or Mall Management will have to make a better announcement soon or they won't get business from us or me.
