Family /Disabled toilets locked

I am really disappointed, I went to the maponya mall a couple of days back with my 3 month old son and I needed to change his nappy so I went to the family toilet to my disappointment it was locked and with a notice on the door saying should I need to use the toilet I need to ask the cleaners to open for me. I had to change my son's nappy on the bench. Clearly I can't bring my child to this mall if I will be subjected to having to change my child on benches. So I have to run around looking for cleaners to open the toilet for me that doesn't make sense at all why have facilities if people can't use them. Even the disabled toilets were locked I have an aunt in a wheelchair if I go with her to the mall and she needs to use the toilet I would need to run around looking for the cleaners so they can unlock the door for me. The mall is not baby friendly or wheelchair friendly when it comes to their toilets. They have facilities but they get locked.
