Customers rights violated and bul**** by taxi drivers and the centre not protecting the Maponya mall's customers

I do not appreciate how the centre management is handling the E-hailing rides and taxi association situation. We cannot be bul**** or dictated by taxi drivers not use e-hailing rides as Maponya customers and the centre is not doing anything about it. Customer's rights are being violated by taxi drivers and nothing is being done about by the centre.
