Consultant that was assisting me she was not open with the fone contract she didn't explain everything to me there was an hidden cost ,Shep promise me to do payment arrangements and she did that withought my concent with she told me that u r going to pay 600 or 700 only to find out that I was supposed to pay R1200 now my fone is blocked I can't do anything. I tried to pay R1400 still Mtn doesn't open my fone.the only thing she wanted that consulted was to get a costumer she failed me big time I dnt hv a problem of paying Mtn but she was supposed to explained the provider well to me m not happy at all
