Car guard isn’t pleasant

We have been shopping at this mall since it had been opened however when we went there today we were met by a car guard who booked a spot in a disabled person’s parking because they didn’t want anyone else to park there. My sister is disabled and we were going to the mall together . I had to go park elsewhere as the car guard said it’s booked for someone else unfortunately this app won’t allow me to attach a picture however I do have a picture. Please do help
