Bad service for poor pensioners

Good Afternoon I wrote to you about this supermarket about their apauling service with regard to the treatment given to pensioners I again experienced the same on the 7th we waited two hours on the queue some are on crutches this is really getting out of hand how many times must one complain until we are helped Please help
