Bad service, arrogance, pomposity and attiquett

<p>I had an unpleasant service treated like a ******** and ****** of the gist service a shop needs to render. Mr Ayanda the manager took my problem light and proceeded to come up with excuse which does not register sense at all. I bought headset twice and the treatment was boisterous and the when I returned their th headset I as played dumb and dumber which is not right because is money that we work hard for and we spent to shops which are legit running away from fly by nights it really hurts.
