Bad service

I ordered pizza online the order came after 3 hours And the pizza was cold and it didn't have meat, I tried calling the call centre and they not answering and when they answer they keep quiet and drop the call. I want my refund. They don't want to refund my money. Last week I went to collect pizza from the same shop and I found customers shouting and angry
