Bad service

<p>at pick n pay maponya mall they don't have any sign and the workers there don't tell us that we can't pay at the kiosk before we can get to them, they just look at you and when you 3places to the till that's when they tell you, why didn't they say something beforehand it's frustrating having to stand in a queue for nothing because at other places we can pay at the kiosk so it's not a like a rule that we should automatically know!</p>
