Bad costumer service

Went to pnp maponya mall for a cash back and purchase something with the cash sent to me , I stood on the queue and when it was my turn I explained to the lady that can I atleast get cash back there after I would purchase the item with the cash, she told me that she can’t assist me I have to go through the tills and ask who has money with them with an attitude, I then proceeded to ask 4 cashiers just for them to answer me with a bad attitude that they don’t have, I then asked one of them who was standing by the side how this cash back thing works, she seemed to not have been interested to answer , proceeding to the 6th cashier she then agreed to give me but denied that I can pay for the item and said I should join the queue, I explained to her that I did stand on the other one with no assistance then she started shouting at me that what am doing is wrong it’s not allowed I eventually joined the line yet again.pnp cashiers have a bad costumer service towards their costumers and they are very rude.
