Angry Customer!!!!

I'm very saddened by the treatment we get from this mall.my cousin was ****** inside the mall... How do you rectify such behavior because we stay inthe township you guys tend not to take us seriously? Is this the future we have with Maponya mall?this is not nice at all....how do you actually explain such behaviour
