Horrible customer service and *******ion

I am waiting for feedback from the manager and the commissioner of Labour department UIF CLAIMS @ MAPONYA MALL, I demand justice and discipline your staff Bella, she was impatient and showed no empathy and willingness to assist me with my claim, she said I should go to Johannesburg where it is captured, I was there yesterday at 6 and they opened at 9, I told her that I was sent back from 55main street because they do no assist Soweto people and now she is also sending me back after waiting for 3 hours in the cold, to make matters worse she I should give them false address for them to help me 😡 I was disturbed and angry and I asked her if she is teaching me *******ion to lie about my residential address 🤷🏼♀️or re apply online again, I told her that I tried several times to make a new application to override the existing and I sent numerous emails requesting to reset my password because I forgot it and have tried the last week to do it online, instead they sent me an email with the link to attach my documents, HOW 🤷🏼♀️ Blla was not eager to help me because I asked her to override those applications in order for me to re apply because the system is not user friendly and the call centre agent couldn’t help, she said she can’t, the system will automatically override 😡I told her I am on unpaid leave for 3 months due to MAJOR DEPRESSION AND I NEED MY BENEFITS TO GET MY MEDICATION, she she’s also depressed 😡I made a mistake of applying for both UIF AND ILLNESS BENEFITS of which I was supposed to apply for ILLNESS 🤷🏼♀️she insisted that I do it online and once I’m done I should come back to submit the U19 form, make it make sense why I should hand deliver the form while others can be uploaded on system. I will report this to the minister because we are tired of *******ion and horrible service we get at Maponya mall labour department, all departments open at 7:30 and people don’t queue outside for hours, please intervene and give me the way forward before the end of business day and discipline Bella Moholayse, she wouldn’t have done that to a white person, she would have gone an extra mile to do the application, imagine how they treat people who are less informed and have no access to internet
