As per my previous complaint I was invited by Deputy director Ms Jane Monoto today to address the issue of poor service which I encountered the 1st time I went to the office, Jane and the supervisor were kind, polite and respectful towards me and I am grateful and would recommend for both of them to be recognised by their senior and the commissioner. God bless them Bella who is the perpetrator of this whole shenanigans showed no remorse and did not take accountability for her actions, as a matter of fact she **** and disrespected her supervisor and manager, she refused to apologise to me for unfair treatment in the presence of her supervisors, therefore I am going to escalate this matter to the commissioner and the outcome should be DISMISSAL
