Poor service, old equipment, no maintenance done. they dont care about customers

there's no hygiene at the gym and the equipment used are so old and they are no repairs or maintenance of the place as i pay maintenance by November every year. the showers smell and the air cons are not working. you compliant nothing is done. i just wonder if the owner can be able to use the facilities himself as he come and check the business or we as customer we are taken for a ryde because the service is offer in the township. you look at other gym companies the service and management is so up too standard. Nothing is quality at gym company maponya mall.

i wish institution that do inspection can come and see how unhealth the place is.
