messed my credit profile

<p>I joined the company last year December 2016 and since then I haven't used the membership but still paying for it every month. My problem is how come they don't pick it up on their system that such ID number is not active but yet they debit every month on my account. I spoke to your consultant his name is Oluthando Fothoyi telling him that I won't be able to proceed with the account and he refused me going to the offices to cancel the contract and even offered to pay my first installment. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm now in debts can't even apply for a loan for I have personal problems and my child is going to high school next year. I need this account cancelled immediately because they taking my money worse never attended any of your gym company. Your consultant didn't even asked me nothing or explained further to me and he on minimum duration he wrote 36 months.
