Appalling property registration process (2 years later)

We have been trying to register a property sold in November 2019!!! Why are we still here, yes Covid delayed things but this is appalling! The levy and municipal clearance has expired twice, we do not get clear communication on what we are waiting for and it seems like no one cares to resolve our matter as our calls and emails go unanswered. It's been almost two years, we losing money and have ran out of patience.
