Very,very poor service

Mapogo is just not caoable to resomve problems. After all my reviews about the radio transmitter that was proven by Ma***o's own technician that the radio transmitter in my house doesnt belong to Mapogo, I received a sms saying that Mapogo want to talk to me regarding their radio transmitter. Now I wonder what part of all the reviews dont Mapogo understand. The Mapogo technician came to my house to remove the transmitter , after taking it from the wall the technixian said that he cannot take the radio transmitter because the radio transmitter is a Chubb radio transmitter, just like I claimed all the time. I find it strange that Mapogo dont talk or believe their own employee's regarding this radio transmitter. In the mean time the judgement is still on my name at ITC.
