Still no resolution after two years

It is now several weeks later and the problem with Mapogo is still not resolved Mapogo is still of opinion that I have their radio transmitter which they were unable to prove for the past two years and I still is of opinion that Mapogo is dishonest and that I paid thousands of rands for a service I never had or received. The thing that confirmed my opinion was when I were at a funeral and my neighbour phoned me to inform me that I have no electricity at home and when I phoned Mapogo the lady Yolandi told me that there is nothing she can do. I questioned the fact that I did not receive a sms and never received an answer nor an apology from Mapogo for poor or no service. The only thi g that I did receive from Mapogo were a summons and judgement on my name. I had several conversations with several people at Mapogo with no results. Mapogo don't care about their service but only care about money.
