Still no feedback from Mapogo

Mapogo management contacted me and after I explained the situation it was confirmed that the Mapogo tecnichian did report to Mapogo in November 2018 that he radio transmitter in my house does not belongs to Mapogo and he even added a photo of the radio transmitter. I was reqeusted that a area manger from Mapogo collect the radio transmitter in question. I agreed. According to I formation from Mapogo were the summons and judgement at ITC not for the radio transmitter. It is now two days later and the transmitter were not collected from me. Judgement after one year still on my name. No apology or letter to remove the judgement from Mapogo. What does this story tell you as the consumer. Don't do business Mapogo. They don't believe their own tecnichians. I was rejected for one year from obtaining a bond or any credit because of Mapogo and there is still no light at the end of the tunnel to have this problem resolved. And I don't even ask for the money that I paid to Mapogo for the no service for more than one year. The question arise again, how many other people did the same thing happened to, their names tarnished by Mapogo with no apology or assistance and like in my case proof handed to Mapogo by their own tecnichian. STAY AWAY FROM MAPOGO.
