Stay away from Mapoigo

I say again that people must stay away from Mapogo. If any person read all my poists for more than a year about Mapogo everyone will see how dishonest Mapogo is. Last year and November Mapogo send their tecnichian to my house to remove the radio transmitter which I claimed do not belong to Mapogo. I said in an email to their attorney that the radio transmitter in my house was there when I bought my house. I never denied that I signed a contract but do question Mapoigo's allegations that they did receive a signal from my house. I cancelled my service because of poor service and that was while I were attending my grandson's funeral in Standerton my neighbour phoned me to inform me that there is no electricity for more than 36 hours at my house. I phoned Mapogo and had a conversation with Yolandi and I asked her why I did not receive a message or phone call informing me about the power failure and Yolandi' s response was " it is not my problem and there is nothing I can do".

About three weeks ago Mapogo send another tecnichian for the radio transmitter and we wanted to gave him the one the first tecnichian took a photo off and Monica confirmed that the tecnichian made a note that the transmitter is not a Mapoigo transmitter, the second person said to me in front of a witness that it is not theirs and after accusing me of lying left.

Now Mapogo claims that they diud receive a signal and I signed a contract. I never denied signing a contract but from day one claimed the transmitter in the house was the one who were mounted against the wall when I bought my house. Monica claimed that maybe I had a contract with Chubb after I cancelled their contract while I have proof that the new alarm company took the transmitter (Chubb ) down when they installed their system.

I also can provide names of other people where Mapogo were in the wrong by changing the alarm from the owners name to the tenant with out his consent and then sued the owner when the alarm where not paid by the tenant. Another person paid his monthly fees and then pushing his panic button Mapogo admitted that their is a problem with the persons alarm because for more than six months Mapogo never received any signal from this client.

Mapogo is not there for their clients but making money. With all the proof I have and Mapogo have they still want a radio transmitter from me that I don't have. I also said the can take the Chubb transmitter which I have and they said thanks but no thanks. Monica also told me that their attorney said there is fees involved to remove the judgement from my nane and after I told her what the process is and that there is no fees involved she came with the lastest reply from Mapogo. Yet again Mapogo was in it for the money that is why Monica said there is fees involved. Like usual Monica blamed the person before her for the mess.

PLEASE POEPLE STAY AWAY FROM MAPOGO.
