Stay away from Mapogo

It is now going three weeks after I spoke to the Technical Manager from Mapogo and four weeks after Monica told me that the technical manager will resolve the problem regarding the Radio Transmitter. Mapogo claims that they installed a radio Transmitter and the description given by the technical manager fits the radio transmitter that were in my house when I bought it and the same one that was taken down by (per Monica) by the storeman. They cannot proof their statement about the radio transmitter and I can proof the radio transmitter in my house is the one that were in my house when I bought it. The problem is that I offered them the radio transmitter that I have and Mapogo refuse to take it because there is a Chubb barcode on the back. I was summond by Mapogo's attorney who is not co-operative at all for two months rental fees and the radio transmitter. I forwarded an email to the Mapoggo attorney on 4 April 2018 informing him about the Chubb radio transmitter that I had no idee at the time was a Chubb radio transmitter and he did not even care to respond. The only response I received was that Mapogo want their money. Iwas blacklisted on ITC with a judgment and Mapogo and the attorney refuse to remove it even after all the evidence that the radio transmitter in my house don't belong to Mapogo. Monica told me last year and November that the person who showed me that the radio transmitter is a Chubb radio transmitter informed Mapogo in November 2018 that the radio transmitter is a Chubb radio transmitter and he even supp**** photo's. Still Mapogo argue about the radio transmitter. then Monica told me that the person who took the radio transmitter from the wall and replaced it is the Mapogo store man and not a technician. I just wonder if Mapogo send a store man to remove technical equipment who are in there employ to attend to alarms, the cleaner maby. I dont want or fighting for any refunds from Mapogo, that they can keep but Karma is a ***** and they will loose more than that. All I want from Mapogo is the letter to have the judgement remove from my name. Monica also told me that their lawyer said there is fees involved removing the judgment while the ITC forwarded me an email contradicting the statement. You people see again Mapogo is looking for is money.Now after this three weeks Mapogo is very quite and there is no response from Mapogo. People I asked from you again to stay far away from Mapogo.
