Sitll no resolution

It is now a few weeks after my previous post and up to date there is no way that the problem with Mapogo were resolved. They claim that they installed a radio transmitter and when their technician (According to Monica it was the storeman) removed the radio transmitter he refused to take it because the radio transmitter belonges to Chubb. The Mapogo lawyer and Mapogo claims that the radio transmitter from another company cannot be used but according to the Technical Manager at Mapogo is all the radio transmitters manufactured by the same company and therefore I understand that one company can use another companies radio transmitter. I can go to a lawyer to fight it but the costs wil be more than the R700 judgement. I can also pay the R700 but that is against my principal because then Mapogo did not only get money for no service but they get money for a radio transmitter that only they know where is. Either ways I am of opinion that Mapogo and their lawyer don't care about what is right and wrong but only care about money. Monica once told me that their lawyer informed her there is costs involved to remove the judgment and according to the ITC there is no costs. I will think four or five times before I suggest to any person I know to use Mapogo. I have family that even had more problems with Mapogo than I have. Mapogo changed a alarm to the tenants name without authorisation from the owner and when the tenant did not pay Mapogo held the owner responsible.
