Problem still not resolved with Mapogo.

I would like to write a post without giving the company a rating. It is now weeks since the last post I made on hellopeter. Like normal was there no response from the Mapogo attorney regarding their threats. Mapogo is still not able to resolve the problem regarding the radio transmitter that they claim and that there is not any sign of. In the meantime is the judgement still on my name and the costs to have it removed via our court system is more than the costs to pay the R700 odd to Mapogo.

So now I sit with the dilemma will I follow the court system way or just pay the money with the agreement from Mapogo to remove the judgment as soon as the money is paid. This war between myself and Mapogo is going for the third year now and I am getting tired of it. I keep on with the story I have and everytime some one from Mapogo talks to me they have a different story. During this time of the Lockdown I realized that even companies like Mapogo is going to struggle now because people who will not be able to pay their reaction account and 99% of them will go the same way as I did with Mapogo being sued and everything else. All the posts for the past nearly three years is on hellopeter. So the question is (1) pay the money after I received a written letter from Mapogo whereby they undertake to remove the judgement after they received the money for the missing radio transmitter (2) keep on fighting with Mapogo because I know there is more people like me in the same boat as I am with Mapogo?

It is actually a crime that companies like Mapogo is allowed to get away with their stunts like claiming a radio transmitter whom they cannot prove were installed and then sue people for the money. The courts is granting to easy court orders and judgements against people and the lawyers for these companies dont tell the judges that there is a default from the clients customer side. I am of opinion that the court must not grant any claim towards payment if the customer were not in court to defend himself. The lawyers just ignore any writings from the person being seued just to make money. The lawyers attache the registered letter proof to the file and the court believes them but the court knows how the postal services in this country works.

Please poeple before taking any armed response from a company ensure yourself with photos and emails that they did install a radio transmitter. Althought the Mapogo lawyer claims that another companies radio transmitter cannot be used I received information that with minor alterations you actually can use any radio transmitter because all the radio transmitters comes from the same manufacture and most of them look a like. The fact that all radio transmitters comes from the same place and is all a look a like was confirmed by the technical manager from Mapogo.
