Problem not resolved after nearly two years

It is 2020 and to date could Mapogo not resolved a problem from 2018. My name is still on ITC with a judgement and even after the Mapogo storeman (according to ) removed the radio transmitter from the wall and refuse to take it because it do not belongs to Mapogo the judgement is not removed yet. Mapogo send a store man to remove equipment from ex clients walls and the store man explanation came from Monica. With explanations like these what type of service is been received from Mapogo.

People stay away from Mapogo. My problem is going on since 2018 and Mapogo is still not able to resolve the matter. It is one excuse on another. Since the first correspondence I received from the Mapogo attorney I claimed they used the radio transmitter which were in my house when I bought it and Mapogo send a technician the remove the transmitter and he said it is not a Mapogo transmitter, ( now Monica claims the tecnichian is not a tecnichian but the Mapogo store man) in 2018 the problem is still not resolved.
