Poor services

I have been complaining about the building we are renting's alarm system that was ****** by a Amapogo technician claiming to fixing our sensor since 2019, complains we have made in the office via email,calls and physical meetings haven't been attended too, I am told I owe money that can not be explained, we where forced to sign a new contract yet the owner of the building's alarm system is not returned I refused.

The lady at the reception in Randfontein has called and threatened to not help if I don't listen to her,we where not reaching an arrangement and she hanged up the phone on my ear, office doesn't even respond to my emails.

The treatment we are given at Amapogo is so painful and I don't understand why because their debit orders where never late.

Our building has no alarm system as we speak and our equipment is not safe.
