No respond after being threatened

To write a review U have to rate Mapogo and that is the only reason I give them any rating. Another week is gone and Mapogo still did not rrsilved the problem like Monica told me. No word from the technical manager who sold me the current alarm before working for Mapogo. The only response was the threat from their lawyer and he did not even responded in the email I forwarded to him. Not that I expected to hear from him because he never respond. Please people read my posts and then you decide for yourself.
