New threats from Mapogo
Good day. This is now four weeks since my last post and typical of Mapogo I received a letter from their attorney that I trash Mapogo's name on hellopeter. After 19 months of fighting with Mapogo and all the calls from Monica and after the call from the technical manager I receive no feedback but a letter from their lawyer, this is the same lawyer I forwarded an email immediatly after I receivedtthe first summons and who did not reply. I never told anything else but what is happening between myself and Mapogo. After every call from Mapogo or visit by from the storeman (as per Monica) to the telephone call from the technical manager I placed exactly what was said and done. Like I said before that Mapogo will no try something else to silent me for their wrong doing. I never wanted anything else after all the proof for them to remove my jusdgement from my name. Again I say that Mapogo now went to their lawyer and they threatens me with Defimation of character but they dont care that there is a judgement against my name. I now must say that the Mapogo technical manager who talked to me is the same person who worked at EPR the alarm company and who completed the forms for the activation of the EPR alarm and EPR removed the radio transmitter. The lawyer claims that Mapogo did receive signal and never I denied their findings except that the radio transmitter that were removed by EPR and the technicians from Mapogo (but remember that Monica told me that it was not the technician but store man) were the one that was in my house since I bought the house. Now Mapogo is not trying to resolve the problem anymore but want to silence me for telling the truth on hellopeter. Mapogo is not responding after 19 months to my posts anymore but went to their lawyer. People now you can read all the posts since I made my first post on hellopeter up to now and everytime it is the same story. I will get legal advise. I will also refer this matter to the PSIRA (private security regulator authority) whom Mapogo have to be registered to as a security provider) for investigation.
