Matter in the third year and still not resolved

Another few weeks past and no response from Mapogo to resolve the problem. I say it over and over but no response from Mapogo. They claim that they installed a radio transmitter and I claim they did not because their storeman (as per Monica) removed the transmitter and informed me that the radio transmitter is a Chubb transmitter. According to the salesman of o the armed response company I have and when he talked to me the Technical Manager at Mapogo is all the radio transmitter the same and bought or made at the same company. After very poor service I cancelled and Mapogo still claimed two months fees and their radio transmitter. I paid the two months fees and gave their attorney an email to let Mapogo come and remove the transmitter and that is when the person informed me that it is definitely a Chubb transmitter because I claimed from day one that it is the same transmitter that was against my wall since the day I bought my house. I was also informed by Monica that there is costs involved to remove the judgement from my name and after I receive info from the credit buraue that their is no costs involved I received a threatening letter from their attorney. I did send him an email and also said that the truth is not defimation like Mapogo claim. No response from either of them. Any person thinking of using Mapogo read all my posts and them you make a desision.
