Mater for nearly three years and still not resolved with Mapogo

I will not recommend Mapogo to any person. I am having an issue with them for more than two years and an employee called Monica promised me several tmes that the issue will be resolved and after the last phonecall and discussion with their tehnical manager the problem still excist although Monica promised me that it will be resolved. The only thing that came from the phonecall was that I were threatend by Mapogo's attorney for listing Mapogo on Hellopeter and they I am making myself guilty to defimation of Mapogo's name. Mapogo tried everything they can to blame me for their radio transmitter and I proved that I dont have it. Mapogo did send (as I thought) a technician sto remove the radio transmitter after I was sued for the radio transmitter by their lawyer and when he removed the radio transmitter from my wall he refused to take it because there was a Chubb sticker on the transmitter. When I asked about the matter because I saw I had a judgement on my name Monica told me that it was not a technician but the storeman who came to remove the radio transmitter. My question now is how can they send a storeman to remove a radio transmitter from the clients premises. I asked the question but up to date never received an answer. I just wonder then who will they send to install the radio transmitter. On my issue with the judgement on my name Monica told me thet she received info from their attorney that there is costs involved to remove the judgement and I contacted the Credit Burau and there is no costs involved. Just another way of Mapogo to make money. I forwarded several emails to their attorney with no feedback at all. I also have first hand info on two other cases whereby Mapogo where paid and there was no service and another matter was there the tenant went and Mapogo changed the alarm to the tenants name without the owners permission and when the tenant did not pay and moved out Mapogo held the owner responsible for payments. read all my previous post about this entire matter. It is now two months later after my previous post and still nothing.
