Mapogo useless

I wrote several reviews regarding Mapogo and about a week ago Mapogo requested on hellopeter my contact details to resolve the problem and up to this minute I received no response from Mapogo. I decided that I must and I did file a complaint against the Mapogo lawyer at the South African Law Society for unprofesional behaviuor and refusal to remove the judgement against my name. Mapogo is not a reliable company to deal with. Except my matter I know of another case where Mapogo transferred the alarm from the owners name to the tenant without the owners consent and then Mapogo sued the owner for fees and another case was when a family member tested their panic and after two days they phoned Mapogo to hear why they never received a phonecall and Mapogo after investigation found that the alarm battery is dead. I will never take Mapogo again as alarm company even if they give me an alarm for free for two years.
