Mapogo problem still not resolved after three years.

At this stage everything is standing still with Mapogo and the issue I have with them. the matter is still not resolved after several promises from Monica to have the problem resolved after the technical manager from Mapogo made contact. The only thing I received was a threatening letter from the lawyer of Mapogo threatening me with defimation. I just want to know and I asked the lawyer how can telling the truth be defimation, because I just wrote what happened. It is sad that Mapogo dont admit that they are wrong and stop blaming me for their radio transmitter that according to all evidence were never installed in my house. Furthermore did I never claim any of the thousands of rands I paid Mapogo for the non-service I received from them. All I want is for them to remove the judgement from my name at ITC and even for that I was told by Monica that there is money involved. Mapogo never cared for the poor service nor anything else except for money and that is why Monica told me that there is costs involved to remove the judgment. I also never received any answer on my letter to the Mapogo lawyer but that is normal because they just never responded except when there is money involved. All I can say to all possible customers to Mapogo is to read all my posts about the problem and decide for yourself if you want to go with MAPOGO.
