Mapogo is silent now

Still no feedback from Mapogo. On Monica's request I had a conversation with the technical manager from Mapogo and he were not able to resolve the problem like Monica told me he will. He asked me the same questions as everybody else from Mapogo and I described the radio transmitter for him and read him the sticker on the back and he confirmed that the radio transmitter I have is the property of Chubb. The manager also remembered the new alarm company because like he said "I sold you the system. So the million dollar question is what is Mapogo going to do about the judgement on my name because they are not cable of resolving the matter. I dont care about all the money I paid I just want the letter to ITC to have the judgement removed. The judgement is for a radio transmitter that I dont had or have but Mapogo insist the they want the transmitter. I told the manager they can take the radio transmitter I have and again he said he cannot take it because it belongs to Chubb and not Mapogo. He also told me that most of this radio transmitters normally looks the same because they buy it form the same company. People please stay away from Mapogo because they just want money and there is no service and if you complain you will end up like me, fighting now for nearly three years to have a problem resolved.
