Mapogo again

It is me again. On Friday 22/10/19 Monica from Mapogo phoned me and again asked if Mapogo can come to collect the radio transmitter. I said yes but I need a letter to confirm. Monica then told me that " how Mapogo wouldnt know if I had an alarm eith Chubb after !I cancelled Mapogos service due to bad service. Then she told me that their lawyer said there is costs involved to remove the judgement and I am reaponsible for the costs. I told her that their lawyer can send the letter to me and I will send it to ITC. No response. Then several minutes later I received another call and then she told me that Mapogo cannot take a transmitter that doesnt belong to them. I then asked her if they dont trust their own tecnichians because there is a photo of the transmitter on the system of Mapogo. Monica then told me the guy who took the photo is a storeman and not a technician. Today Mapogo send a technician and when we gave him the transmitter he said that he cannot tske it because it is not a Mapogo transmitter and then told me and my wife that we are lying. He was just as rude as the poeple at Mapogo except for Monica.If Mapogo and their lawyer read all my mails and messages they will see that since say one I said that the transmitter is not theirs. EPR took the transmitter down when they installed their transmitter.

While Mapogo qere outside my gate instalting me and my wife the reaction officer from EPR stop because he attended to another alarm close to me and offer assistance and thought there is trouble. Thank you EPR for caring. Mapogo is useless and not honest. Stay away ftom Mapogo
