Inside job & Poor customer service

Good morning, am so disappointed @ Mapogo a Mathamaga, ******* came in & 14 out, stole my television with the fully armed alarm and system, to our amazemen the alarm only reacted after they left, we saw them going out of the window, still with that the security guys from Amapogo came way later after 30min's, I lodged a complain it's a month now and they haven't responded..
