Four weeks and still no feedback.
It is now four weeks since the conversation between the technical manager and myself and the problem were not resolved as indicated five weeks ago by Monica. Since the conversation Mapogo doesn't respond to any posts although they do read them. This just show how much Mapogo cares to resolve and that is zero. The matter regarding the radio transmitter is been proven over and over that Mapogo did not install their radio transmitter in my home and that the radio transmitter in my home belongs to Chubb. That means that all the money I paid towards installation and service was for nothing. Mapogo just made money out of me and after cancellation I was sued for two months service fees and the radio transmitter with 100% interest on both the issues. Mapogo and their lawyer ignored my email starting that the transmitter in my home was there since I bought my house. At one stage Monica told me that their lawyer said there is fees involved to remove the judgement from my name and ITC said there is no fees. Another way to show that Mapogo only care about money and nothing else. I also showed two other occasions where there was no service from Mapogo and one case whereby Mapogo changed an alarm from the owners name to the tenants name and when the tenant did not pay Mapogo sued the home owner. Mapogo don't care about clients and service because I cancelled service after I were away for my grandchild's funeral and my neighbour informed me that there is no electricity as my home, when I phoned the control room and talked to Yolandi she rep**** and told me there is nothing she can do. Another record to proof that Mapogo don't care and only run after money. People please don't go to Mapogo for an alarm because you will not receive any service and they may send the store man as per Monica to remove a radio transmitter and not a technician. Read all the posts from day one and Monica confirmed although it was the store man but a note and photo's was on their system that the radio transmitter in my home don't belong to Mapogo.
