The best travel agent ever for South Africa

Jeanne M at Maplanga provided my relatives and I with the most memorable holiday in Africa. From the time Jeanne was communicating to all of us (in 3 different cities) via email, she was punctual, professional and has raised the bar for what I should expect in Australia as excellent service. The whole time we were on the cruise in Victoria Falls, every time we saw something amazing with the animals or were served an amazing dish for dinner, we all commented, "this is all thanks to Jeanne". Our booking was complicated by relatives with different surnames wanting to stay in the same hotel room. Well Jeanne was so cautious making sure we all knew each other and consented to the shared room. All the packages and specials she found for us, surpassed our expectations. At the conclusion of our trip we all agreed, Jeanne did an excellent job for us. I was travelling with two elderly aunts and uncles who are not online, so I am also posting this on their behalf.
